Today the children in year three visited the Herbert Art Gallery to explore and learn more about sculptures, how they are made and the different types. The children also got the chance to make their very own sculptures out of clay. The children had a fantastic day and showed some super skills at making sculptures, we may have some budding Donatellos on our hands in the not so distant future. Thank you all for your support in allowing the children to go, they really gained lots from it. Please ask them all about their morning, I’m sure they would love to tell you what they got up to 🙂
