We found some ice outside and decided to complete an experiment to see how long it took to melt. Sophie guessed that it would take about half an hour in the heat of the classroom. As you can see in the photograph below she was right!
This week we also had a visit from the school nurse who told us how we needed to wash our hands to keep us germ free.
We have explored texture, using words to describe how objects free and using our hands to feel objects we cannot see. We also made texture pictures.
We have been recognising and ordering numbers to 20 and also learning about rhyme and rhyming strings. It was a busy week for all!
