Hello Everyone,
Happy St.Georges day! What wonderful weather we have been enjoyng this week, so we have been doing most of our learning outside. The children have been very excited to use our outside area – we have put out the climbing frame and mud kitchen with the addition of sawn off logs to provide seating/stepping stones. We had a new arrival in Nursery this morning – tiny caterpillars which we are going to look after and watch turn into butterflies, so our theme for the next couple of weeks is going to be ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ which should be lots of fun.The children looked great in their red, white and blue today – we learnt about St.George, made England flags, watched ‘Zog’ and coloured dragons.
