Welcome back Year 3 to the Spring term! I hope you all have had a fantastic break and are ready for the term ahead!
Ms Croarken and I would like to thank you for the beautiful gifts given to us at the end of the term – we had much joy opening them all!
Curriculum:
English – A range of writing, reading and spelling skills.
Maths – Continuing to develop maths skills, including our weekly mental maths challenges. Keep practising your times tables!
RE – Christmas Unit and We listen to God’s Word at Mass Unit.
Science – Animals, including Humans
Geography – Human and Physical Features of France
Art – Sketching and Drawing: still life
PE – Dance (Tues) and Tag Rugby (Fri)
Computing – Programming
Notices:
– PE will be on a TUESDAY and FRIDAY this term.
– Please ensure names are on all uniform and PE kit – we had a lot without last term.
– Your child was sent home with a clubs letter today, please bring in by this Friday.
– Please remember the Sacramental meeting is tomorrow (7/1/15) evening at 6:00pm in the Parish hall.
