We are so proud of you all. Well done everyone!
We have been busy bees on Times Tables Rock Stars recently.
Here are a few of our achievements:
- We have climbed from being ranked 27th out of our closest primary schools in Coventry to 19th this week with a mean studio of speed of 3.63 seconds per question!
- We now have 11 Rock Heroes amongst us – meaning their average speed of times tables recall is less than 1 second!
- We raised £155 for NSPCC’s Number Day and took part in their NSPCC Rocks TTRS challenge with the highest scoring class that day being Year 6.
- We WON the Battle of the Bands tournament against Manor Park primary with Year 4 being the highest scoring class.
- This week we have a Battle of the Bands competition between KS2 year groups. to earn themselves some extra play!

This week we opted not to do a challenge but instead worked together in groups and got very creative!
Our LEGO challenge this week was to create our names on a board. This wasn’t easy as some letter formations took a lot of thought to make them work. We did a fantastic job! We also managed to squeeze in some free play 😀

We will be taking part in Dress up for Digits and having a fun day of maths activities. Children are asked to wear an item of clothing with a number on it (football shirt, cap, netball shirt or even a onesie!). Or get even more creative by dressing in a maths or numbers theme, design your own t-shirt, hat, or even become a human sized calculator or dice!
To help raise money for the NSPCC, we are asking for donations, and we’d love everyone in the school to take part in this special event. Please donate via GiftT. You can find the QR code below to help us support the NSPCC.

We’re really looking forward to all the fun of Number Day, and we really appreciate your support. All the money we raise at All Souls will make an enormous difference to children today and help the NSPCC be there for children tomorrow.
