This morning, Year 6 visited a local Mandir to learn more about this Hindu place of worship as part of our RE unit on Hinduism.

What was the most interesting thing you learnt, Roisin?
The most interesting thing Iearnt was the Hindus worship more than one God.
I really enjoyed the wonderful experience at the Mandir this week – it was so beneficial to our work on Hindus ! Thank you so much for organizing the trip Mrs Hartwell !
I really enjoyed the Hindu temple because their religion is very interesting. I really like how they dress the statues/models in rich clothes and jewellery to show how they worship and care for them.
