Year 2 have kickstarted our week of thinking about staying safe online. We began the day by sharing a story about who to turn to for help when you are unhappy about a comment online.
Children replicated an online forum in the classroom and wowed me with their thoughtful comments about each piece of work.
In the afternoon, we began to think about connections we make – both with those around us in person and through the internet. By mapping out the connections within our class we could quickly see how much we have in common with those around us.
