Mental Health Awareness Week

The whole school took on the challenge of ‘Brilliant Bingo’ last week completing lots of activities aimed at getting outside, working together, making connections and spending time with each other and therefore helping everyone to feel more empowered to look after themselves and others that little bit more. The theme of this years week was ACTION. All classes had a wonderful week of nature art, classroom discos, reading, mindful meditation, obstacle course building, having lessons outside and some even learnt to crochet!

Gardening club have been working hard this week clearing the boarders of leaves. The children did a great job and stored the leaves in a bag ready for it to biodegrade into leaf mold(compost) but this could take up to a year!!
