Dear Parent / Carer
If you consider yourself to be a key worker and have requested childcare for the coming weeks, we will now require written confirmation from your employer (email / letter on headed paper emailed over to us) that confirms the following:
– That your job role is considered to be a ‘key worker’ and you are required to continue working
– Your working pattern
Please note that if you work part time, we are not able to provide childcare for your child on the days that you do not work.
