Year 6 showed off their amazing bargaining skills in History today!
We played an interactive game to investigate how, what and why the Vikings traded. We even used weighing scales to complete our transactions, just like the Vikings did! We all enjoyed seeing which trade center would have the most silver coins by the end of the game and came up with brilliant reasons why!
I really enjoyed doing that it was fun thanks a lot Mrs Hartwell and Miss Gallagher.
I really enjoyed playing the Viking trading game in history. Thank you Miss Gallagher for such a fabulous lesson. Me, Bridget, Frank and darragh are also very proud winners!
I really enjoyed learning about what Vikings traded and how I also learnt that their main trading place is Hedeby. 🙂
