Year 3 have had a very busy start to the Autumn term and have settled back into school life extremely well. We have already had lots of fun and I can’t wait to see what the year ahead will bring. Keep shining!
In teams, Year 3 had to design an outfit for the catwalk. I do hope you agree they all did a fabulous job and some of our high street designers should watch out.
Then we had a very unexpected (and our lovely cleaner would say unwelcome) visit.

We think it might be a Woolly Mammoth.
After reading the story ‘ How to wash a Woolly Mammoth’, we then tried hard to follow some simple instructions to make a paper areoplane. We then had to test them.
In science, we are going to be learning all about plants. We spent time looking at the different parts of a plant and the very important job they do.
We searched for Stone Age Artfacts in the woods and found loads. We brought them back to school to look at them closer.
