Hello Everyone,
We have had a busy week with world Book Day on Thursday. The children looked amazing in their costumes and Pyjamas. Our book focus this week has been ‘The Gruffalo’ and we will continue to do activities related to this, next week. For our drawing competion in Nursery, the children had to draw the Gruffalo – all the children tried their best and we had some lovely drawings and the overall winner was Amelia, with Aisling and Julian as runner ups – well done! Nursery also went into assembly to listen to teachers read extracts from their favourite books.
Next week is Science week so we will do doing lots of science experiments and the children can dress up as scientists on Friday if they would like to. We have booked a trip to visit Ash End Farm on Tuesday 31st March and we will send out a letter regarding this on Monday. Have a good weekend!
