This week the children dug out the old beans from the poly tunnel that had failed to grow or been eaten by mice. The beatroot were also ready to be taken out so the children gathered these together and sent some on to gardening club, and the tiny ones made there way to the chickens.They then moved on to the raised beds in the garden and cleared out any old weeds and dug up the soil ready for planting.
