Hello Everyone,
This week in Nursery we have been learning lots of new songs – action songs are our favourite with ‘A big red bus’ being pick of the pops. On Tuesday the children changed into their pumps for the first time and they had their first full P.E session with Jade – they loved dancing and moving in different ways. Today we sent home our nursery rhyme of the week – we have started with the classic ‘Twinkle, twinkle’ which we knew the children would be familiar with. Next week we will encourage the children to perform the rhyme to each other, or if they’re brave enough, in front of the whole class. Each Friday one child will be bringing home our ‘Prayer Bag’ for you to share with your child. Please write down how your child responded to the prayer bag or any comments you would like to make, in the note book provided. Please feel free to contribute any photos or family news to your child’s learning journals as we love to share this with the children. Leaning Journals need to be returned back to us every Monday. Thank you for sending in photographs of your child doing something they are good at and of when they were babies. We will be sharing these with the children next week and it would be wonderful if every child had something to show and talk about so if you haven’t already done so could you please send photos in for Monday.
