Your child should come home with a parent questionnaire tonight. We would be most grateful if you could spend some time completing the questionnaire and return it to the school office using the envelope provided. An electronic copy of the questionnaire can be accessed here.
A huge well done to the netball team who played their first match of the season away at St Thomas More Primary School tonight. The whole team played brilliantly, and carved out an 8-3 victory. Following a bright start in the first quarter, the team were 2-0 up. St Thomas More really made us work hard in the 2nd and 3rd quarters, playing superbly to go 3-2 in front. In the final quarter, our fabulous players dug deep, scoring six times, to leave the score 8-3. I have to say, St Thomas More were excellent opponents and the game was a lot closer than the score line suggests.
Myself and Miss Quinn are incredibly proud of the whole team: Aliscia, Mia, Emma, Ella, Libby, Ethan and Owen. For several of them, it was their first ever competitive netball game. Emma was selected by the St Thomas More team as the player of the match. Woohoo!
Exciting times ahead!
Mr C
