The PTA met this week; it was great to see some new members join us! The next meeting is on Thursday 3rd October, 6:30pm at the Maudslay. Everyone is welcome!
The children will be having individual photos taken on Thursday 3rd October. Please ensure they are in their full Winter uniform and have their hair done neatly. If you would like siblings that are NOT at All Soul’s Primary School included, please come to the hall from 8:30am with your children and wait to be seen. Siblings in different classes will be brought together for a joint/group shot.
Parents will have the opportunity to meet their child’s new class teacher between 3.30 – 7.00pm on Wednesday 9th Oct. This is a short 5 minute meeting allowing parents to give teachers any necessary information and to find out how their child has settled. Please complete the reply slip attached to this weeks newsletter and return this to school by Tuesday 1st October so we can allocate a 5 minute appointment with the appropriate class teacher(s). If there are any bigger issues that will take longer to discuss parents are advised to make an appointment for a meeting on a separate occasion.
Please can all children (mainly Y1 to Y6) bring in an old long sleeve over-sized T-Shirt or button through shirt to wear during art classes. Please ensure they are named. Any spares you may have would be appreciated!
Mr Cooke arrived at school today to find someone had parked in his designated space! Our resident traffic warden, Mrs Rae, gave a parking ticket and Mr Cooke placed cones around the car to prevent them from leaving as he felt he deserved an explanation! Miss McDonagh from Year 3 was found to be the culprit and is very, very sorry!

Children have been given a letter regarding school clubs, which start next week.
Online booking opens at 00:00 on Friday via SIMS Pay.
The new PE T-Shirts have arrived!
Where possible, please place your order via the uniform section of SIMS Pay.
If you are unable to order via SIMS Pay, please collect an order form from the school office and return this, with payment, by the end of the school day on Thursday 5th September.

All orders will be sent home with your child on Friday.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the School Business Manager, Linsey Rae.
We are looking forward to welcoming the children back on Tuesday 3rd September. Gates open at 8:30am as usual. We hope you’ve enjoyed the Summer break and make the most of the last few remaining days!

Y6 have arrived safely – we had a smooth journey and made it on time! We’re now off to the tube station to head in to Central London. Keep checking back for further updates.
Please note that due to Confirmation and SATs, Y6 were not expected to complete a home study project this term. Therefore, relatives will not need to come in and view their work. Instead, the Y6 children will be showing relatives from the other year groups to the relevant classrooms.
