Thank you to Lukas, Joseph and Jonah who reminded us in today’s class liturgy what it means to be GRATEFUL and GENEROUS.

Year 6 and Reception had a lovely afternoon getting to know each other! They found out who their prayer friends were and had the opportunity to play together outside. It was lovely to watch so many new friendships blossom and see how well our Reception children have settled.

We celebrated our first family Mass this Sunday with the theme ‘Love and Correction’. It was lovely to see so many of our families there; our family masses will be celebrated on the first Sunday of every month.
Thank you to our Year 6 readers and altar servers who were wonderful role models.
Today, we came together as a whole school to celebrate in our first school mass of the academic year. We prayed for those affected by the earthquake and how even in the darkest of times, we are blessed.
Thank you again to our readers and altar servers in KS2 and all the families who joined us today.

A sad day at All Souls today as we wave goodbye to our incredible Year 6. We wish them the very best of luck on their next step and hope they always take a bit of All Souls with them wherever they go!
Sending all our love with them xx

Today we went and picked our potatoes that we planted in the Spring. The children used trowels to dig in the allotment and collect the potatoes. It was great fun and we will enjoying eating them for our dinner!
Today we went to church to look for symbols! We found water, pictures of a dove and lamb, crucifixes and lots more. Then Fr Paul told us what the symbols meant. The children were well behaved and loved looking around the church.
Huge congratulations to all the children in Y6 who received the Gifts of the Holy Spirit through their Confirmation today.
You did our school and parish community proud.
Thank you to Fr Paul, Canon Paul, Barbara, Deacon Paul and all our wonderful parents who have supported the children in their preparation for this important sacrament.
‘Wear It Green’
Thank you to all the children who wore green today to raise awareness for Mental Health. Your generous donations helped us to raise over £200 as a school to support mental health charities.
This week, staff have also taken part in All Souls’ Coffee Roulette where we were randomly paired up with another member of staff to take half hour out of our busy days to enjoy a cuppa and connect! We thoroughly enjoyed the chance to catch up with different people, find out more about one another and share some laughter.
Our wonderful confirmands showing their brilliant saint projects. The countdown is on for Confirmation!
Our Chaplaincy Team have been working hard all year to get work underway for the prayer garden and we hit a key milestone this week. The new fence panels got the All Souls stamp with words, chosen by the children, being painted to show what they think our school community is all about.
A huge thank you to Mrs Elkins who brought our vision into reality and worked tirelessly all day to create such a beautiful space.
Next on our to do list:
Pressure washing
Cleaning
New slate for the floor
We look forward to completing our renovations before the summer is out.
