Two weeks ago, year 4 had the chance to go bowling. A big thank you to Star Pins in the city centre for inviting us to bowl for the morning. The children had a brilliant time and even managed some strikes!
On Monday year 4 visited Coombe Abbey for the end of their river topic. The Children took part in a river study and carried out a pond dipping investigation.
As part of our Science unit: ‘Animals Including Humans’, we had a hands-on morning getting to know some wild and wonderful creatures!
The children were able to encounter lop-eared rabbits, guinea pigs , a blue-tongued skink, a python and even a tarantula! It was a wonderful opportunity to experience the animals and reptiles and all of the children had the chance to hold and stroke each animal in turn. Some of us even overcame our fear of snakes and spiders!. What a morning!
Thank you to Claire from Animal Encounters for sharing her vast knowledge with us and for allowing the children the opportunity to experience the animals first hand! We really enjoyed our time with you and learnt a lot!
Year 6 enjoyed being reflective and creative this morning during our Lenten workshop. We invited our grown ups to join us to share reflect on the Gospel reading, consider how we can listen to God and each more this Lent and share how we could work together to make our a better, fairer world this Lent.
Thank you to everyone who was able to join us!
Year 6 visited St Mary Magdalene’s Church today where Vicar Edward led us in a pilgrimage to reflect on the Stations of the Cross.
For our new English unit, we started off by going dragon spotting. We found lots! We can’t wait to write our adventure story about dragons.
⭐️ALL SOULS’ GOT TALENT 2025⭐️ Application forms are available from Mrs Rae’s office – we’re so excited for this year’s show!
