Year 2 Gymnastics

Yesterday, ten Year 2 students participated in a gymnastics competition at Tribe, showcasing their hard work and dedication. Under the guidance of Miss Jade, the children have been diligently practicing their floor and vault routines over the past few weeks, and their efforts truly paid off.

Their outstanding performances resulted in an impressive overall team score of 97.8 out of a possible 100, securing a well-deserved third place. This achievement reflects their commitment, teamwork, and enthusiasm.

Lent Workshop

Thank you to our parents and grandparents who joined us for our Lent Workshop this week. We began with a lovely pilgrimage to our Church prayer garden in the gorgeous sunshine. We took the scenic route to help towards out Big Lent Walk! We had a lovely short prayer service when we got there. After, we headed back to school to make a cross ready to take to Church to be blessed on Sunday.

Early Morning ‘Tea’-ching

Mr Cooke and Mrs Hartwell’s booster group were treated this morning to cups of tea whilst they took part in their maths booster. Hard work gets rewarded and we make sure we’re looking after them with their early starts.

Year 2 – Lenten Workshop

What a day at the LEGO Discovery Land!

We have a had FABULOUS day at the LEGO Discovery Centre, Birmingham! We got to go on two rides, enjoyed an immersive experience in the 4D cinema and there was so much LEGO to play with! It was amazing to see the children building cars and towers, giving great thought to their creations and perfecting their builds!

All the children were beautifully behaved and very respectful of the public. They were wonderful All Souls representatives and made Mrs Rae, Mr Youson and Miss Smith very proud! More pictures to follow shortly 🙂

Year 2- Mousike Ensemble

We had a fun-filled morning performing at the Coventry School’s Mousike Ensemble hosted by St Mary’s and Benedict. Our performance was inspired by art.

We thoroughly enjoyed watching the performances from the other schools and performing in unison with them in several numbers and in the finale. We have some very talented musicians and singers in Year 2!

A huge thank you to Mrs Cooke for all of her hard work with us in our music lessons and rehearsals. We have loved you teaching us so much about music, art and design! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to participate in the Mousike Ensemble 2025.

Year 3 Lamb of God Art and Raja Garage Music Concert

Year 3 created some beautiful Lamb of God artwork while listening to the Raja Garage music concert on a livestream. Lots of beautiful pictures were created and put up on display.

St Patrick’s Day

The children celebrated St Patrick’s Day in school on Friday 14th March. They came to school wearing green and they even had a go at singing a wonderful class performance of a St Patrick’s day jig with Mrs Cooke.
