Year 3 and 5 walked to the War Memorial Park to do their BIG LENT WALK. All together we walked 496,000 steps or 221.02 miles. Well done Year 3 and 5!
Nine Children from Year 3 visited Tribe Gymnastics Club today to take part in a Coventry Schools Gymnastics competition. The children had practised hard with Miss Jade and this showed as each one of them performed impeccably. First, they showed off their flour skills by completing a challenging routine involving balances, jumps, spins and rolls. After they had some fun on the air track before completing their final routine on the beam. We should hopefully find out the results later next week. Well done everyone you were brilliant!

Year 3 and 4 were very lucky to have a zoom call with David Baddiel. Year 3 are currently reading one of his books. It was great to hear all about who inspired him and why he decided to become an author.
What has happened! Year 3 returned from lunch to find their classroom had been destroyed. They hope that they will be able to solve the crime. We did take each other’s finger prints to make sure it it wasn’t one of us. You will be able to read all about it in our Newpaper report, when published.
Seven Trent came in to teach us all about what should go down the toilet. We loved the song at the end. Thank you Beth.
Year 3 for DT this half term researched, designed, made and evaluated a greenhouse. They picked the structure and materials independently.
Year 3 started their new English unit today. We are going to be learning all about Legends. Can you guess which one we have been learning about today?
We learnt that Robin Hood must have been good with a bow, hiding and quick.
