The Year 5/6 football team maintained their unbeaten record with a great win over a very strong Clifford Bridge side in the Small Schools Cup.
On a very wet and soggy pitch the boys played some great football early on in the match and managed to take a small 3-2 lead in at half time thanks to two goals from Jack and one from Ryan.
The second half was even tighter with both sides creating fewer chances. Clifford Bridge did however manage to break late in the half but, thanks to a fantastic save from Ethan the score remained 3-2.
Congratulations boys a well deserved, hard fought victory. Good luck in the next round.
