Well what a day for Year Three. Focusing on our history topic of the Romans, the children all became our very own All Souls Army, fighting for freedom. Early in the week the children had created their own shields with symbols to represent them, they drafted these as designs and then spent yesterday afternoon creating them. We formed different shield formations, took part in a true Roman march and even had our very own battle (non-contact of course)! The children were brilliant!!
