A huge well done to Jude, James, Harry & Lorcan for their fabulous efforts in researching, rehearsing and performing for the annual debating competition which took place today.
They proposed that ‘Climate change is man-made’, backing their arguments up with lots of facts and statistics whilst urging the audience to take responsibility and action.
Even though the boys did a tremendous job getting their arguments across and challenging the opposing team, the overall winners of the day were Aldermoor Farm – congratulations!
They really enjoyed the afternoon and would like to thank the organisers for their efforts and also Mrs Elkins for giving up her spare time to support them in their preparation.
Thank you Mrs Elkins for giving up your time to come and support us in the debate also thank you for helping us with are debate. I would also like to thank my teamates for putting in such a good effort.
