Dear Parents and Carers,
On Tuesday 28th November, Year 2 will be visiting Ryton Pools for the day.
We are visiting to make dens and shelters as part of Design and Technology unit: Shelters. After having a lunch at the center, we will hunt for minibeasts in their natural habitats to link with an upcoming Science topic.
Children will need to wear their outdoor P.E. kits to school and they should also wear wellies or waterproof boots on their feet. They should also bring a warm outdoor coat as it could be very cold. Hats and gloves are optional but recommended. There is no need to bring a lunch as it will be provided but children should bring a bottle of water with a name label.
The cost is £7.50 and can be paid through your SIMS Agora log in.
