Year 6 are conducting a local heritage study this half-term based on the War Memorial Park. In order to get the most from this topic I have arranged some visits for them to develop their knowledge and skills in different ways. Please see below the details of the visits over the coming weeks. Please take note of the practical information. All of the visits require children to arrive at school and be collected at normal time.

Packed lunch required (in disposable bag).

Full school uniform.

30/04/2018 10:00-12:00 War Memorial Park

(‘A Tale of Two Soldiers’ and history of the park)

Cost of £2.50 per child (payable via Sims Agora).

Full school uniform.
