This week has been dominated again in Maths by time! The children are persevering with this tricky concept! And can now convert between the 12&24 hour clock!  We have planned our suspense story using the text Varjak Paw and will draft, edit and publish our stories next week!

We have also created some lovely artwork to celebrate Pentecost which will be displayed on our prayer area.

We have had some tired faces for this first week of half-term so need a rest this weekend ready to come back bright and fresh Monday morning!

Tomorrow is our trip to Shrek: The Musical!

*All children will be having their lunch in school before we leave for the theatre.

*Children must wear full school uniform.

*They may bring one small packet of sweets & a bottle of water.

*Please collect your child from the theatre at 4.00pm prompt- we will wait inside the foyer for parents.

*The 15 children who attend After-School Club will be brought back to school. NB- only the children who attend this facility on a Thursday were offered this provision.

Thankfully, the weather looks like it will be good to us for our walk there! We are looking forward to a wonderful afternoon of musical theatre. 🙂

Today we said goodbye to Holly by having a fun afternoon of music and treats! We also welcomed Oliver back for the afternoon to join in! Good fun was had by all!

We hope that you all have a lovely Easter break; I know that the children (and us!) are ready for it!

We are tremendously proud of the children for their reflection of the Easter Story. Each child out in their best effort and played their part in a most reverent way- well done. We hope you enjoyed the performance ; the children took a lot from it and it helped them to understand the story of Holy Week.

The children are looking forward to performing their Easter Reflection for friends and families tomorrow at 1.30pm & 6.30pm.

Our Easter Reflection takes place on Wednesday 10th April at 1.30pm & 6.30pm. It is being performed by Years 3 & 4.The children are putting in lots of effort and are practising each day.

We look forward to seeing you there.

The children are looking forward to welcoming family and friends along to school to view their projects. The projects have been completed at home and look wonderful- thank you to all parents who have supported this!

The projects will be on display in classrooms and the same as last term, Year 6 will guide family members round.

Tours will be every few minutes from 2.15pm. The last tour will commence at 2.45pm  to allow time to organise classes ready for hometime.
