We’ve had another lovely start to our week. We’ve been playing games, riding our bikes and scooters, building treehouses and making fires. A big thank you to Mr Rolison for all of his hard work in forest school and also a big welcome back to Miss Clarke! We’re really enjoying our time at school and looking forward to the rest of the week and to seeing Miss Piercy!
A big well done to Thomas, Layla, Phoebe, Eden and Conor for sending some more fantastic work. Thomas has been working hard on his fact file, Layla and Eden have been learning about Palm Sunday, Phoebe has been researching greenhouses for DT and Conor has been working on his knowledge of time and building a camper van!
Well done to Jacob, Alicia and Phoebe who have all been hard at work this week! All three children have been working on their time skills. Jacob has also written a wonderful fable and fact file of Saint Anthony, Alicia has been researching plants, getting crafty and playing outside with her brother and Phoebe has been working on her knowledge of time zones (as well as some family workouts with Joe Wicks!)

We’ve had another wonderful day to round off our week at school. We spent our morning building shelters and dens, followed by a prayer service about opening our eyes to God.
In the afternoon, we had a treasure hunt and our prize was marshmallows! We roasted them on a fire built by Mr Rolison and made marshmallow sandwiches with biscuits!
Miss Piercy, Mr Rolison and I would like to thank the children for being so fantastic this week. They took everything in their stride and were so polite and well behaved – well done!
Although it was a bit chilly today, we didn’t let it stop our day of outdoor learning in forest school! We had a brilliant day of climbing, den-making, sawing and drilling! A huge thank you to Mr Rolison for sorting out an exciting day for us!
Looks like Year 3 (and their siblings and cousins!) have been busy bees again today!
Phoebe and Grace have been planting and watering in their garden and Layla, Ross, Harry and Joseph have been busy in the allotments (as well as keeping fit by running sprints!) Moses has been working hard on his spellings and times tables and has researched The Rocky Mountains for geography!

We had another busy day today! Again, we started off with a Joe Wicks workout followed by some time outside on the climbing frame. We also played dodgeball and bingo and began a top-secret project! All will be revealed soon!
We’ve had a very busy day today! We kicked things off with a Joe Wicks workout followed by spending some time outdoors, watering the plants and riding our bikes and scooters. Then, we worked together to make a beautiful chalk collage. Afterwards we fed the chickens, played a game of cricket and finally we had a game of den dodgeball!
A big thank you to Thomas, Molly, Phoebe, Grace and Eden for sending me some more fantastic work!
Molly has written a wonderful fable, did some brilliant work in maths and has also been busy in the garden! Phoebe and Grace have both been working hard in science and have produced some wonderful work on plants. Eden has made a lovely fact file on our class saint and Thomas has decided to do some extra work on something he is interested in – volcanoes!
