Today all children in school took part in a 30-minute fitness challenge to help raise money for new playground equipment. They all showed great effort, determination and courage to complete the challenge. Well done everyone!

Please watch the video below in preparation for the new book scheme that will start to be sent with your children in the next few weeks. The video goes through how phonics is taught at All Souls and then an introduction to the new reading books that we have and that will start being sent back with your children.
Some children have already received these as a trial run but this gives you more detail as to how to effectively use these books at home to support your children’s reading and acquisition of phonics.
We are very excited to begin the further development of our reading scheme and hope that you will support us with these new changes.
Today 5 children from Year 5 took part in a basketball tournament at The AT7 Centre. Although they didn’t make it through to the finals they all played fantastically and adapted to the game very quickly incorporating knowledge and skills from other sports. Well played everyone!
They even had time for a celebratory dance!
